Table Stories: Revolution Plate

October 15 @ 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm

When does the preparation of a meal truly begin?

In the kitchen? When you buy the ingredients? When they are harvested from the field? Or perhaps it begins months earlier, when seeds are first planted in the soil—or even a season before, when those seeds are collected and preserved. Maybe it begins with the compost that nourishes the earth from which our food will eventually grow.

A revolution of consciousness.

Revolution Plate is an invitation to gather around a table of seasonal vegetables: ingredients in constant transition, revealing through small changes the richness and complexity of the environment we are part of.

Can a revolution begin with an explosion of taste in your mouth?
